“I hate it when I gain ten pounds for a role and I realize I’m not an actress.”

I promised to share my amazing breakfast, using the four piece eating plan.  It’s quick, easy, and delicious.  Here it is.

1 egg

2 T egg white powder

1/3 cup water

beans, cooked pinto or black beans

mixed veggies, any leftover veggies will do

avocado or guacamole

Whip together the egg, egg white powder and water.  Place this mixture into a microwave bowl that’s been slathered in ghee or butter.  Zap it for about 30 seconds.

Flip over this pseudo omelette delight and give it another 15 to 20 seconds.  This would be a good time to warm the veggies and beans.  To continue – cut up the egg creation into pieces, cover with the warmed veggies and beans, and top with a generous amount of guacamole, unless you have an avocado that needs eating.

I also dabbed on my homemade salsa to add more veggies.  I used a half avocado that was begging to join the party.

I assure you that this breakfast keeps my tummy content until later in the morning.  This breakfast also keeps my energy level up, assisted by a goodly amount of coffee.  Love my coffee!
