OK. Another recipe that defies the typical definition of a typical food. Are you following this? I could call this recipe tahini dip. I could call this recipe Fred. But it’s my blog and my recipe and you all know the sentence that would follow that train of thought. Let’s just get on to the recipe.
1/2 cup raw tahini
1 small date, or 1/2 of a large
1 zucchini, peeled and diced
juice of one lemon
1 t cumin
garlic, one clove
smoked paprika for garnish, optional
Blend everything until smooth. I wish I had more to say but that’s all there’s to it.
Great as a dip for veggies. You could also use this as a salad dressing, especially on a chopped salad. Would be great with the gluten free tabouli that was posted yesterday. Just saying.
