“My husband has an awesome wife.”

I want to set the record straight before someone (not naming names) takes some of my hilarious, fictitious, ramblings personally.  Most of the things I write about my husband are about a fictitious man who is not my real husband.  Because …

If I wrote about my real husband I would tell you that he’s kind and thoughtful and generous and always puts his dirty clothes into the hamper.  Then you would either be bored silly or you’d want to rip my face off.  Happy stories tend to get boring.

Therefore, I’ll start to write and my mind goes off on a tangent and I think how funny something would be, and a fictitious (imaginary) scenario follows.  Key word here is fictitious.

This is what my real husband gave me on our first anniversary.  We just celebrated our thirty-third.  It doesn’t get any better than that!
