“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” Leonardo Da Vinci
I’ve been doing this post for almost two years now. My goal was to post daily. I can do it. What I can’t do is remain in the same mental state that I had when I started this blog. Things change.
First of all, I’m getting rather disillusioned with recipes. Or maybe with the need for recipes. Maybe it’s because I’ve cut myself off from news and TV and Facebook and a plethora (still one of my favorite words) of voices that sell and hint at what life should look like.
Maybe it’s because I’m following my bliss and spending hours everyday in my art studio creating impulsively. My life has become amazingly simple. So maybe it’s time to simplify the rest of my life, especially my eating. I’ll have to find other things to talk about around the simple foods that I might present on my blogs.
Consider fruit. High in fiber, easy to prepare, and loaded with nutrition. And it’s beautiful.
Let’s see where this goes.
